Minimum Order: 1 cookie

Payment: Credit Card (VISA or MasterCard) is accepted online. You may
choose to visit our store where cash, check, or credit cards are accepted.

Claims and Charges: Claims for spoilage, damage, or shortage must be made to Bless My Bloomin’ Cookies, Inc immediately upon receipt of goods. Claims made after 10 days will not be honored.

Returns: Returns are not accepted without prior approval by either owner or business manager. Unauthorized returns will not be honored. Returns made after 10 days of receipt of goods will not be honored. Unless the cause for return is spoilage, damage, or incorrect shipment, returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. If you are returning the product because of damage or spoilage you must provide a digital picture to be sent to the company 36 hours after you receive the product and a full refund, credit, or new product will be given.

Product Life: Approximate life is 4 weeks as long as the cookies are stored in room temperature, are kept in individual package, and that the cookie package has never been opened.

All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Customers will see the new prices online before you will be charged with the new totals.

The products shown are hand painted in a fashion that not every product is an exact replica as it would be if a computer created ink image were to be used. The products shown in containers may also vary due to high demand of certain products. The container chosen for each order is first based on what is displayed and after that point if a container is unavailable, the owners will choose a container that will best compliment that product. If you have any concerns with an order you placed, compared to the order your received you may choose to either return the product or receive credit. You must provide the proper evidence to claim credit. To do so, you must take a digital photo and email it to the company no later than 36 hours after you or the recipient receive the product.
