Ethical Conduct Standards

Employees from Bless My Bloomin’ Cookies, Inc have the obligation to consumers and to the company to maintain the highest standards of ethical conduct. As a consumer you have the right to know that Bless My Bloomin’ Cookies, Inc’s policy is to prevent the occurrence of illegal or unethical behavior, halt illegal or unethical behavior that may occur as soon as that behavior is known. Those employees who are found to have behaved in an illegal or unethical behavior will be terminated and will be prosecuted if possible.

All policies and procedures in this company apply to all employees associated with this company and are given all polices to read once hired. The employees of this company do not sign contracts when they deal with the policies and procedures, but are notified that they will be terminated if they are not followed the way they are written.
